Wallraf – Richartz – Museum - Fondation Corbond
The oldest museum in Cologne showcases painting, sculpture and graphics from the middle ages to impressionism, and is one of the biggest classic portrait galleries in Germany.

The Cologne City Museum presents the history of Cologne. Visitors get to see the development of Cologne from the middle ages to the present day.

Cologne has been home to a city theatre (Schauspielhaus) since 1872. The Schauspielhaus is a place of opera, operettas, ballet and drama and has over 1,000 seats.

With its unique design, the Musical Dome isn't just a theatre, it is also an architectural highlight right on the river Rhine. Musicals such as We Will Rock You, Saturday Night Fever and West Side Story have been successfully staged here. The Musical Dome cologne has 1,740 seats.
