In his cooking classes Mathias Maucher, former student of 3 Michelin-starred Harald Wolfahrt, integrates you in the preparation and cooking of all meals of the respective topic. Peel, snip, and pan fry the ingredients yourself and enjoy a lively exchange of ideas in sociable company.
The recipe booklet with enough space for your notes and a signed Cooking Apron are included as a memory of course.
