Mathias Maucher

Since 3 years head chef Mathias Maucher, a former Harald Wolfahrt student, is responsible for the culinary direction in the restaurant "d/\blju ,W'". For him the use of typical local products is the basis of his cuisine. Their processing and preparation is technically precise and thought out. The presentation on the plate is determined by modern individuality and attention to details. As a result the surprising flavours of his dishes are intensive and lasting.
